Great people to party with and have beers. Questionable whether they will secure anything.
In November 2023 Alliance installed three security cameras for our home. Everything was good for about four months until it wasn't. We called and explained what was going on, and we were told that the internet components were not working. We were then instructed to take the part to a software store in St Catherines and purchase two replacements. The owners and staff are always courteous and very focused on quality customer service. I recently interacted with the owner of the company and one of the IT technicians. Both of them were excellent, as usual, in helping to resolve/answer the questions we had and assist us with upgrades to our alarm equipment. Thank you, Alliance Security Niagara!
