Surprised to see all these 5 stars… Before purchasing the security cameras, we specifically asked Kent, the owner, if we could avoid being alerted by animal activity. We were assured it would not be a problem because the security cameras would be set up to ID humans only. Yet, we have been constantly getting alerts from spiders, rabbit, etc., even alerted by snowstorms. We were also told the recording time for the cameras would be 3 weeks, but it is only 2 weeks. Update: Thank you for your response, but I assure you, I’m not suffering from memory loss! I know exactly who I worked with, and the interactions were quite memorable—unfortunately, not in a good way. As for your wife, well, her charm really left an impression too… just not the kind I’ll be recommending. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to after dealing with this company. We use Alliance Security services at both of my carwashes and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Professional work, great service, and extremely easy to work with. I use their services for my home and my parent’s home as well. Their team is knowledgeable friendly and the video qualities are amazing. Thanks for all the amazing work you do for us!
