Just moved into a new to us home that had an old Alliance Security Niagara system. Alliance was able to get us upgraded and expanded to include garages and fire/smoke coverage and using the App. The installers Mitch and Tyler did a great job! Also left with us feeling comfortable we knew how to use the system.
Kent was very attentive in getting us a quote quickly which was also cost effective. The install team - terrific. This was an easy decision - which we'd make again if we had the need.
They came quickly to provide a quote, which was VERY reasonable, listened to exactly what we wanted , and didn't try to push anything we didn't (but did point out a couple of vulnerable areas that made a lot of sense to correct). When they came to do the install, they were running behind, but did communicate multiple times and it was not an issue for us.
