Don’t go with this company. They did my roof and 2 days later I noticed that a part of the roofing was not secured correctly ( the wind was lifting the shingles) I took a video, called them immediately and they were supposed to send someone the next day to fix it. It’s been a week and I am still waiting for them. They won’t respond my calls. Worst customer service ever. I am really disappointed. I will be contacting my insurance company and file a complaint since they were the ones that recommended this company.
In the beginning of my ordeal in january 2022, I will say when they first came out to do the cleanup. And when their crew was there, things were getting done pretty good, they brought in outside Contractors Which was a total nightmare? The general manager, my house was useless. He was never there. Alliance was great to deal with, quick, responsive and great attention to detail. Mike was great to work with. Would hire again.
The team at Alliance was very responsive and professional from the assessment to the completion of the work. Crews on site were always courteous and professional. If your dealing with a disaster and don't know where to begin start with them. They have an extensive partner network for other services we needed outside their scope. The entire recovery process felt like it was on auto pilot after we connected with them. Highly recommend!
