Becareful of this place. Do not use them. Coming to the home saying they came here serval time. The two people that was on the project/work case got fired apparently and paying my father off to the little things to be quiet. Please be careful of this place. trying to go through my things and takes a year to sort several years of stuff we've live here. Things were taken and never returned. I do not recommend Alliance restoration. If you want your things stolen. Be my honor.

Don’t go with this company. They did my roof and 2 days later I noticed that a part of the roofing was not secured correctly ( the wind was lifting the shingles) I took a video, called them immediately and they were supposed to send someone the next day to fix it. It’s been a week and I am still waiting for them. They won’t respond my calls. Worst customer service ever. I am really disappointed. I will be contacting my insurance company and file a complaint since they were the ones that recommended this company.

In the beginning of my ordeal in january 2022, I will say when they first came out to do the cleanup. And when their crew was there, things were getting done pretty good, they brought in outside Contractors Which was a total nightmare? The general manager, my house was useless. He was never there. He never followed through with one thing he said he was going to. So at this point, I'm going to change my recommendation and say there is no way I would ever recommend this company.
