The issue was a blocked condenser drain line, which they swiftly cleared after the building management finally approved access to the required areas. The technician was patient and coordinated well with all parties involved, wrapping up the installation of a temporary portable A/C unit in just under two hours.
Notably, they managed to install the thermostat within an hour and took the time to walk me through its functionality. The previous company had trouble with the wiring, but this technician seemed knowledgeable and resolved it efficiently.
Installed thermostat efficiently and correctly.
He methodically dismantled the aging A/C system, identified a clogged drain line as the main issue, and wrapped up in about two hours with everything neatly organized for disposal. Compared to my last service call, this technician clearly communicated each step of his work, which I appreciated.
Our heating system was inconsistent, and the first technician suggested a costly replacement, so we sought a second opinion. The HVAC professional adjusted the blower settings and cleaned a clogged vent, resolving the issue in about an hour at a fraction of the initial estimate.
