I love this company for always working with me and getting me into a sweet spot.
I was provided an incorrect statement of move out in which I was being charged for rent (which I had already paid and promptly provided proof for). I emailed them and they replied in about 4 days claiming that the charges being billed to me are actually for damages and not rent as my statement showed, however, I was still to pay this amount indicated on the statement.
