Vendors Beware! This company does NOT pay their bills! Had to wait months to get payment for cleaning services, and only after MUCH hassle. STAY AWAY!

I had a great experience living at one of their properties..until the end. One of the employees at the property said it was one of the cleanest apartments they've seen someone move out of. We lost HALF of our refundable deposit. They charged for a deep clean and carpet clean. I understand paying for a routine cleaning. But the paint job is what really annoyed me. Moved out of Hawthorne in July 2020. I would not let my dog live here. In June the AC was not working for over a week before anyone came to fix it, despite multiple attempts to contact property manager. Poor management of hygiene in the complex was also an issue as the pool was open during the beginning of the pandemic and one or more tenants tested positive as a result. Horrible customer service reps, and all around terrible management. I can’t even get a reply to my emails about the false move out charges. I have photos of the whole spotless apartment on move out and yet they are charging $100 to clean $200 for new paint when nothing was done to the walls except a tv mount which we were told we could do, and a $300 rack up of random “utility” charges for the month after we moved out
