I have gone to Alliance for 3 months for my injury. I have nothing but great things to say. They listen to my needs and adjusted the day's planned workout as needed. they took the time and showed me exercises I could do at home which I did and it Speed up my recovery no less than 50%. The flexibility if I needed to switch to a remote visit was smooth and effortless. The gave me freedom from pain and I will be forever grateful
Great experience here. Started there with a lot of TMJ pain and they had me work through a variety of exercises as well as dry needling which both made a huge difference. They started out small with the number of exercises so it wasn’t too overwhelming which was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff- explained everything thoroughly (causes of pain, how different exercises are helping etc). Able to make appointments after work as needed, scheduled times were pretty flexible. Highly recommend!
