I had the pleasure of working with Heinz at Alliance Refractories while researching refractory products for building a brick dome pizza oven in my backyard. Heinz helped clarify and explain all the terms and properties of their products, to help me find the correct mortar and insulating blanket that I was having trouble finding elsewhere.
