Same as everyone else who has reviewed. Keep your receipts for years because if not they will come after you for money you and your insurance company have already paid. Complete crooks. Should be shut down!

Unfortunately, we often don't have a choice on what companies medical providers use for services. This company is awful. I have paid my entire bill that I did not receive notifications on in the first place and STILL was sent to collections even after I was told everything was paid off. My experience with them has been a complete nightmare. They need to get their act together. Hopefully, medical providers will read these reviews and recognize there is a consistent problem with Alliance Radiology.

They did the same thing to me as they did to Dustin, your better off going somewhere els if you don’t wanna have to deal with the issues in the future. I’d give them no stars but that’s not possible.

Alliance Radiology is hands down the worst company that has ever existed. They did not get the insurance to process on some work that I had done and told me not to pay it while they get the insurance claim figured out. I had calls over the next YEAR while they tried to figure out what was going on. Upon THEIR instructions, I did not pay the bill because they were sorting things out, and they sent it to collections anyway.
