The sales team is knowledgeable and answered my numerous questions thoroughly. The install crew got the solar installed in really no time at all (few hours). Communications to inspectors is handled by them, you just need to wait. They will keep you informed. The system can't generate until these inspections are complete. I live in Leominster MA and we just went 2 days without power after a storm caused a tree to fall onto our power lines ripping them clean off my house. National Grid gave us an estimated 4 days before power was restored.
