no experience with these guys, but I did just see one of their drivers throwing garbage onto hwy 1 on the way to Moose Jaw. Judging by the other reviews and what I saw today, I'd say their workers are the epitome of laziness.
My furnace wasn't working properly and it was freezing cold in my house, so I called Alliance. They couldn't come until the next day, but then called that morning after being 15min late and had to reschedule to the afternoon (which ok I understand that sometimes employees can't work for whatever reason). Then they were an hour late for the appt. The guy checked the furnace and said it needed a new part which he had to leave to go get.
