Had a persistent drip from behind the shower faucet. From past experience there's only one plumbing option for us here in Gwinnett: Alliance. Sure enough, Michael and Vincent showed up right on time, immediately diagnosed/ explained the problem (new shower cartridge needed) --- then proceeded to quickly complete the repair. I had a shower leak and called several plumbers. They all wanted about $100 just to come out and would not quote a price upfront. Alliance was referred by friend. Called them and glad I did. They didn’t charge upfront and they gave me a price for the specific problem I had. Showed up on time. Courteous. Respectful. Skilled. And they corrected problem promptly. Shower now works great. Very happy I called them.
