Staff was amazing. Like a little family. Front desk day and afternoon were lovely and on top of things. Solution driven and patient. The trainers are talented and precise. Their thoughtfulness made the workouts count. The music skips though LOL. Very professional and fun to be had every time…even if it hurts. Doc O is a sweetheart. Makes you feel like you’re VIP and it’s a lovely experience each convo. Her assistant is fantastic too. Like others before my daughter and me, it was sad to leave. Staff is amazing. Like a little family. They know what they are doing and as with others before me and my daughter, it was sad to say bye. Front desk amazing. Lovely and on top of everything with solutions always. Trainers care and pay attention and put much thought into the workouts. Music skips though LOL. Facility is just right. Dr O is lovely and sweet. She cares and makes you feel like u belong in her care like a VIP.

I had physical therapy at this place for about two months. I was in a car accident. I was nervous because I had never done physical therapy before. Let me tell you that going to Alliance was one of the best decisions I have made. The whole staff is polite and welcoming. Literally the whole staff there. They are understanding and they care about you recovering. Any question you have they have an answer. They are top notch, I promise. It was never a time I felt uncomfortable there.
