I would not recommend this place if you need paperwork for work due to your injuries and medication for pain management. The doctor Eisha is not empathetic, does not listen and is discourteous . Eisha won’t accept calls and hides behind her Assistants Megan and Aaliyah who is incompetent. The therapy is not effective. They suggest you come in 3 days a week for 60 sessions to turn your neck from left to right then place ice or a heating pad on you, it’s a joke. this is all a money scam

Richmond Alliance physical therapy is a fantastic place. I couldn’t have been happier with my progress and the amazing treatment from such a wonderful team. My therapist, Matt Burress was so encouraging, helpful and patient and worked super hard to get me back to a place that I had not been for a while after a motor vehicle accident.. I am so glad that I was sent to this practice and that Matt was my therapist. Such a great experience!
