Terrible Customer service line. 1st attempt to contact, I set up for a call back. Received call, but "dead air" on other line, though you could hear the feedback as if on mute. Had to terminate. 2nd attempt, stayed on hold for 30 minutes, got connected to yet another dead air line. All for a simple question regarding my separation Distribution.
Horrible customer service. They have yet to call me back but they are "experiencing a high call volume with an estimated wait time of over 10 minutes" within the first 2 minutes of them opening. They will gladly take your pension money, but if you have any questions about your account good luck with that.
Chad helped me looking into cash balance plan for tax strategies. He is very honest and knowledgable. Despite meeting with me under my request to start the plan, he actually told me to NOT pursue a cash balance plan given my circumstances. After doing my research, and meeting with multiple firms, Chad is the only one being absolutely real with me, and not trying to sell me their product. I really appreciate his honesty and expertise. Had problems setting it up. Then had rude customer service who denied access. Then cant reach customer servjce at all .. "you reached nonworking number.." Tried operator, she prompts yoy back to nonworking number.. then you call the operator again.. whobisnt picking up at all... how encouraging is it to keep your retirement there???
Horrible website, can't find any of the information you need anywhere, FAQ page is a useless joke. Customer support number has very long wait times, over 30 minutes and based on the other reviews I'm glad I didn't waste my time with the call backs that never come. Tried calling the office phone number listed here from Google and was met with a very rude and unhelpful receptionist.
