We hired Joseph Cruz to remove an existing patio, pour a new concrete pad, and build a new patio cover on Nov.2, 2021. He said the project would take 2 weeks. It was not completed until April 30, 2022, only after we informed him we were hiring an attorney. The concrete pad had to be removed after it was poured because of poor construction and . repoured.
