This company is unreliable. I called 4x for an install and the team keeps saying the person handling my account will call me right back and they never do.
The Professional who completed our paver project's name is Nofu. He worked tirelessly for 2 days from morning to night and for a bit in the pouring rain. He was detail oriented, did a fantastic job and left the job as clean as he found it. Thanks, Ray
The crew that was sent to do my driveway did an incredible job. Even the pavers matched absolutely perfectly. The driveway looks like it was all put in at one time.
Their service has certainly gone down since we last used them in 2021. I had called to get a resanding & sealer estimate for the paver project they completed for us back in 2021 — and after 5 days of following up, I was finally emailed a quote with no apology on the lag time or lack of follow-up communication. Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism they would show a return customer and will be going elsewhere for the job.
