Extremely poor telephone etiquette. I was just trying to find out some information for medical equipment for my client and they had the gall to just hang up on me several times. They would not tell me who their supervisor is and or was that I may speak to you regarding this embarrassment for their company. I would not recommend this particular company for any type of medical assistance.
