This company has the absolute worst customer service attitude I have ever heard. Called in to ask a simple question, realized I called the wrong location so I hung up. Called the correct location where the lady answered and rudely told me not to call in because I was interrupting her work. Certainly glad I avoided this trainwreck of an experience. Do not call within 20 min of them closing or you will get the worst attitude I have ever heard.
Failed to honor the contract that controlled the work…person handling quote isn’t trustworthy Painters are good-management isn’t Preposterous to state there was no charge to me for service that required 2 workers show up to perform the service Person who bid work charged me additional $100 for paint colors that I told him were to be in the original bid…the proposal even included “Additional trim colors” which I believed meant that my colors were all included My next paint need will be provided by ABA painters-Anybody But All... read more
Amazing company! The best part about Alliance is that they are easy to deal with and extremely honest. If you want to completely upgrade the way your house looks on the inside or outside then use them! THANK YOU ALLIANCE!
