I had a tooth extraction with Dr. Gigluo. I was extremely nervous but he and his staff reassured me that I’m in good hands which I was! My consultation was quick and easy, scheduling my procedure was easy, overall both my consultation and procedure went smooth! Professional staff and provider. Clean, nice office, i had little to no wait time. Anesthesia went well! I really appreciated Dr. Gigluo and his staff checking in on me after my procedure. After what had seemed to be a simple consultation for painful wisdom teeth Dr Parmer had left me feeling heard and truly cared for as if I was a member of his family. Two days later one of the wisdom teeth became incredibly painful to the point i couldn’t see from the pain. The amazing ladies in the office got me in as soon as possible that day between patients (they could have told me no that this is too late of notice or even to go to the er but they didn’t). I can’t say enough about this place! From the consultation, to day of surgery and follow-up- everything was wonderful! My 12 year old daughter was petrified the day of her surgery, and everyone from the front desk to the nurses to Dr.G were extremely patient and helped her through her anxiety. Dr. G has wonderful bedside manner, humor and is excellent with children. I would recommend to everyone!
