Maxillofacial were so calming and understanding of the stress she was under. They were attentive to her needs and most of all LISTENED to our concerns. The attention to detail was amazing. i had my 2 upper wisdom teeth removed & the experience was so pleasant from start to finish! during my consultation, both the nurse and Dr Parmer were so friendly & answered any questions i had. the office was clean and the entire vibe just felt very welcoming. the day of procedure, i was a complete nervous wreck but again, everyone was SO friendly and reassuring. i got a nice blanket and once the IV was placed, i don’t remember anything until i woke up & the entire thing was over. Dr Macholl and staff were incredibly amazing. From the first visit until final I was informed every step away. Administrative staff and Dr Macholl were knowledgable and transparent.
