The clinic is excellent! Karen Izquierdo is very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable! She made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns, without rushing me and she answered all my question. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dedicated professional!
When most people consider an IUD insertion, it's not usually something they view positively. As someone who has had now 4 IUD insertions, this one was definitely the best. The process was almost completely pain-free, which even I have trouble believing. Nurse Practitioner Rachel and her assistant Carly were a smooth, upbeat team, with great energy, excellent communication skills and lots of reassurance. I endorse them wholeheartedly. I LOVED🥰 my experience at this office! The clinic feels more like a relaxing spa than a doctor's office, which completely calmed my nerves. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. My visit with Joanne was amazing she truly trulyy takes the time to help you understand everything. Her medical assistant was also the absolute sweetest and even brought me snacks after I mentioned I hadn't eaten yet. I love this office, will definitely be back, and highly recommend them!!!!❤️

I had a please experience during my appointment with Joanne. She’s very personable and made me feel very comfortable. I have high anxiety and she made me feel like I already knew her. Calling back to the office to discuss results, Carly was also sweet and very professional. Both women answered all of my questions and made me feel confident about continuing my care here for the foreseeable future.
