Bruh it was the best. So clean and friendly. Ion got a vagina but if I did id come here. The vagina doctor was so informative, supportive and compassionate. My partner was so nervous and scared and she eased her so pleasantly. 10/10
I loved it. My longtime gynecologist retired and recommended them to me, and I'm really glad he did. He left me in very good hands. Punctual, professional, and the facilities were immaculate. They have their own parking lot. Dr. Silva was very gentle and thorough throughout the procedure. I definitely recommend them.
I had an appointment scheduled today for an hospital follow up, I took time off work to have this much needed appointment as I am in extreme pain and upon arrival I get an email confirming my appointment for 3/10 even though I scheduled for 3/7. I check in and they advise they canceled my appointment because the doctor had a C-section and they failed to call me prior even though they claim they did with no proof of phone calls/ voicemails or even an email. Alliance has enjoyed a long history of competent & thoughtful physicians. My daughter was delivered by an Alliance doctor. And she was amazing. A number of the original doctors are now retired. Unfortunately, the customer service at Alliance is now less than mediocre! It takes multiple phone calks to actually speak w someone & get issues resolved. Scheduling for post-child bearing appointments is a nightmare. I would think twice about becoming a new patient. MDC
I’ve tried calling this clinic multiple times, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but frustrating. Out of six attempts, they answered only once. I left a message for the nurse, but my call was never returned. When I finally got through to the receptionist, they were not very pleasant, rather rude to deal with.
