Dr. Worley is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, thoughtful and personable! I would recommend her to ANYONE! Dr. Worley has an incredible professional depth of knowledge but her skills are clothed with humanity (eg she has an excellent bedside manner). Dr. Worley stays very busy but the administration of her office is very efficient. I’ve never had to wait long to see her.
I love the staff here and all of the doctors but I just got off the phone with the receptionist lady and she is absolutely rude. Tried setting up and appointment and was very disappointed with how she was speaking to me. She sounds like she hates her job and couldn’t care less about other women. This is no way to to treat or talk to anybody especially at a job that is supposed to help and revolve around said women. I just got off the phone with the receptionist from this location, I called last week to set an appointment because I really need help with my current pregnancy. I’ve waited all this time for them to contact me on setting an appointment because I wasn’t able to proceed unless they gathered the information from the last place I went to confirm my pregnancy. I absolutely love this place and the doctors, I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I don’t know if it’s new receptionist but they are extremely rude, I’ve called multiple times asking a simple question and I get attitude and hung up in my face. I’ve asked for her name multiple times and she just hung up.
Great facility! Clean! Modern! Feels like an actual spa center! Staff were excellent!!! Dr. Lemones is super cool!!! I highly recommend Alliance Obstetrics and Gynecology!!
