Since the change in management, Alliance has been run like a big corporation where employees might as well be nothing more than serfs, to be disposed of without notice or reviews for possible employee areas of improvement. This goes doubly if you happen to be older. You are dropped without notice and that's it. They are not to be trusted for more than a short contract, not as a regular employer.

I've been working here for about a year now . The best nursing place I have ever worked at. As a NAC Ive seen staff caring and so dedicated for the clients well-being and the work place feels positive and supportive of one another. As a Nursing Student it helps me so much learning about Ventilator care tracheostomy care and other medical conditions care,etc. I am so greatful and proud for being part of this company.
Worked here for a year. Staff is nice. Work around issues that arise -injuries, family emergencies etc understanding in that regard, but right upon hire i noticed extremely disorganized. I would be asked for paperwork from one person, email proof then another part of the organization would ask me for the same paperwork. It's like they never communicated.
