First visit was great. David asked a ton of questions. He was able to access my records from previous Dr. referral, looked extensively into my record and found out concerns the referring Dr. did not tell me. So I have a good feeling we have a good start to a diagnosis, which I did not have prior to seen him. The outcome might not be so great. The actual treatment was okay ... The fraudulent billing practices ( whether they claim to use an independent billing service or not they are ultimately responsible for hiring the " billing service ") were absolutely horrendous. Ultimately we overpaid thousands of dollars because of their threatening and rude phone calls and our insurance company ( Hometown Health ) had to force them to give the majority of our monies back. Today I came in with my friend, AD. The entire office visit was very professional and pleasant. Dr. A is very thorough in his explanation of what is occurring. Doug, PA, was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Coming into the office initially, we were greeted by the two front desk staff, Grace & Aisilln. They were both friendly and professional. They made check-in easy! The entire process was easy and pleasant!
My first time here and the front staff were funny, helpful and friendly and Dr Ahn and PAC Kyle were great in coming up with a plan of care! I live far away, so my follow up appt is telehealth which is so nice and convenient to offer!
