Everyone in the office made me feel very at ease regarding my appointment. When I had issues with my insurance, the billing lady help me with them and was even on the phone with me and the insurance for almost an hour to try to get it cleared up. Julio was very helpful and explained everything to me.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Alliance Neurology Consultants. We’ve had a truly wonderful experience with their team, and I especially want to thank Ryan, the manager. He went above and beyond to help us sort out a billing issue and generously waived the fee, which we really appreciated.
