After my initial consultation, I wanted to ask Dr. Ahn a follow up question about my bloodwork order. I left two separate messages with the front desk, but the doctor never got back to me, even though the front desk told me that he would. There is also no other way to reach any of the doctors or PAs via email. I even created an online account, in the hopes of asking the doctor or PA my question on the Alliance website, but this is not allowed. Disappointing. I do not recommend this practice.
Dr Ahn and his assistant David Kyle were very professional, kind, and informative in helping me with my problem. I wish I had seen them 4 years ago instead of the neurologist I went to.
I had an excellent experience with this office and highly recommend them. David Kyle, PA-C and Dr. Ahn were both incredibly thorough and took the time to truly listen to everything I had to say. I have a complex medical history, and for the first time in a long while, I felt heard and understood.
