I am a Mortgage Broker and work various title companies in the area. Alliance Title is by far my favorite to work with and Diana Matienzo at the Gladstone location is my go to Title person. Her and her team get things done. She has helped me figure out some crazy problems over the years. When my wife decided to become a Realtor recently I made sure to tell her to reach out to Diana because of how awesome she is to work with. Highly recommend this company and this office specifically to work with.

As a first-time homebuyer, they made the closing process very easy and straightforward. They explained most of what I would have had questions about before I even needed to ask, and I felt taken care of the entire time. Later that same day, I received a follow-up email and call about something unrelated to the closing but helpful for me in the future. As a veteran, it’s something that could potentially save me a lot of money, and I really appreciated the extra thoughtfulness and care.

I have used Diana and Alliance Title for over 6 years. I can’t think of anything remotely negative to say about anyone at this office or any transaction they have closed for me.
