I was worried about being enclosed for MRI. Stephanie made the experience for me perfect. Friendly and amazing people
Omg the 2 ladies that do the MRI are so extraordinary they both went beyond and above my expectations. I am claustrophobic and it was a scary experience for me and that’s why I think these 2 beautiful souls for talking me through the entire experience. I felt safe and comfortable knowing if I needed them they was rt there and the technician in the open MRI I just can’t praise her enough she is so king & show empathy towards me, so for that thank you may God continue to use you 🙏
I didn’t appreciate spending a half hour online filling out forms and uploading documents only to be asked to fill them out by hand when I arrived. The forms also had terrible instructions and asked questions I already discussed with my doctor. I also don’t think it’s appropriate to have a Christian music and talk show playing in the lobby. Not everyone wants to what that.
OMG Miss Linda is AMAZING! I have claustrophobia and major anxiety and she directed me so perfectly and talked to me through the whole thing! I have never met such an amazing tech! She helped me so much and I cannot thank her enough!
They were 45 min behind but the staff was very nice.
