Fair warning...if they are out of network for your insurance don't be fooled by the numbers they give you. They will tell you your out of pocket for in network would be some high number like $600.00 for an MRI, but they are giving you a price of $350.00 to be fair because they are out of network. Make sure to call your insurance and determine if the numbers they are giving you are accurate. Found an in-network facility and my out of pocket was actually only $272. Don't trust their numbers!!! Do your homework.
