Very efficient easy process if needed would definitely go back
Went for a MRI at Alliance the staff was comforting and pleasant. Which made me feel at ease with my procedure. Thank you for a your great customer service.
The employees were courteous, however, there was loud music playing while I was waiting. It was more party type music. If it were quarter and relaxing, that would have been fine. Patients waiting for MRIs are anxious and the atmosphere did not promote a calm experience.
Met all expectations
Easy to communicate with and scheduling was easy as well.
