Worst experience ever with a radiology center. Staff are nice but no answers, nothing but excuses and no results provided. They don’t care if you’re scared and waiting on test results— go elsewhere!!!!
I have had several imaging tests done here over the years (MRI and PET/CT) and found the experiences to be very positive. Good staff. I find several of the "negative" reviews here to be unwarranted and due largely to patient misunderstanding.

Utterly useless and bad customer service. When I reached 15 mins late to an appointment which was a month in the making, they sent me away. Then they expect me to arrive earlier than appointment too. Avoid. Go to another mri center who actually wants your business.
