The tech was so nice and understanding, she really helped me get through a procedure that was difficult for me.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made me comfortable and made sure everything felt right before the MRI. Hopefully I will never need to go back, but they would be my first choice!
Front office staff is helpful. The MRI technicians are so wonderful ! Easy to make an appointment , Patient, accommodating and so kind. My husband has had several MRIs here and they are our preferred location.
Unfortunately I’ve gotten even more claustrophobic the older I get so I really appreciated Linda’s understanding and sweet disposition. We figured it out but it would not have happened without her reassurance and compassion. I was grateful that they had the larger MRI option, or I’m afraid they’d have to have to get a bigger hammer. I also appreciate the integration with Sterling Ridge Orthopedics, so the consistency of service and patient-centric care was commendable. D
