This was our first time buying a home. Richard and our realtor made it a smooth process! Richard walked us through all the steps from pre-approval and what our loan options were. Richard went above and beyond what any lender does. He coordinated between my escrow/title company in California (I’m selling) and the escrow/title company in Texas(I’m buying). He has made sure everything goes off with out any issues. Throughout the entire process if I called he answered right away or shot me and email letting me know he was busy and he would call ASAP. He was always available for any questions I had (and I had a lot) and he made sure I fully understood everything that was happening. I HIGHLY recommend!!
