Great company to work with when looking to buy a home. Karen and Craig were very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process very easy. Besides needing our information they handled everything else and lifted the weight off of our shoulders. Craig was a pleasure to work with. He handled the initial pre-approval on a Sunday of all times, and every time I was making an offer on a house, he had a customised pre-approval letter ready to go on short order. When it came to the point that an offer was accepted, Craig and his assistant, Karen, got everything handled promptly, even when the insurance company messed up something and took far longer than they were supposed to. I cannot say enough good things about working with Craig and his team to refinance my home. Craig kindly walked me through the entire process as I was exploring my options. Once I was ready to move forward, things happened quickly and effortlessly (for me!), and I was guided every step of the way.
