Jon and his team replaced our residential roof. Jon's knowledge and expertise in roofing is second to none. Jon was always willing to answer any queries, proactively manage any challenges presented during the works and his customer service is orientated for the long game. From meeting Andrew for the initial quote to the completed job Alliance was brilliant, Andrew took the time to come up with an alternative to the existing gutter to replace it with a normal facia / gutter system, the quote very competitive to others but it was the professionalism and dedication to providing us with the best experience that won us over to go with Alliance.
