Dr Theresa Lam is great and lovely but the older female receptionist is absolutely awful and makes booking appointments and simple communication a nightmare.
Dr Teresa Lam is an excellent endocrinologist and she has a really kind and nice receptionist. I feel very comfortable attending appointments here.
