My experience with alliance has been great. It’s all about accountability and being honest. Alliance medical has a reputation for offering thorough and professional medical monitoring services, especially for individuals recovering for any substance dependence. This has allowed me to return to work that I love and enjoy and healthy lifestyle while being accountable.
I was on a monitoring device. The charger that was sent with the device did not work. The day in recieved the device and complained that it could not charge. So after several calls ryan johnson was to correct the issue. Now it reads 0% charge. So after one week of no power to charge they cancelled my program that i was on. Even though i have a problem with addiction they dropped the ball big time.NOT HAPPY, Dave
Well I go for a 4:45 appointment and correct my name spelling. Later I get a positive I’ve result for COVID. My name is spelled incorrectly a different way and my test time says 3:45. Five emails later of Corrections and updates I get a corrected email. So I go get tested at AHS and getting a negative COVID test for myself and my girlfriend AHS told my Alliance is not recognized by AHS as a COVID test facility. This cost me great mental a financial issue.
