Wish I could give them 1 star review a thousand times. I had a digital video call appointment to get quit-smoking meds. Meds gave me suicidal thoughts and I quit them after a week. I've been hit with a $120 deductible. The video call was around 5 minutes. That's $24 a minute. I wish I could command that kind of rate for my own time. But alas. They send me a million letters that I reckon by now they've spent more than $120 in postage. But anyway. I try to call and pay the bill. Nobody in the billing department ever picks up. ... read more
Dr. Nkem is an exceptional doctor. Highly knowledgeable and personable. She gets to the root causes of health issues. She comes highly recommended. I often refer people with complex medical ailments to Dr. Nkem.
This place has saved me from so much anxiety. Going to the doctor used to feel like punishment for me because I’ve had so many bad experiences with rude doctors / front desk people. But when I tell you I’m never afraid to call this place cause the front desk lady is so nice and so patient with me I was shocked by how nice they are. I had a great experience with Alliance Medical Group. The receptionists were polite and helpful. Even on the day of their holiday party they were able to get me in for an appointment. The Nurse Practitioner, Cassie Liobe provided me with excellent care. She even called me with my blood test results on her day off (12/23) so that I wouldn't have to worry over the holiday. If I had to make a recommendation for the business I would say they could add some "hold music" on their phone system. Overall, great place to go!
I've been coming here for sometime now. The staff is very kind and I always get great service.
