I was referred here by a wonderful roofing contractor for a flue cover replacement on my small townhouse. At first call, everyone was very nice, and we scheduled a quote. I had to call back the day after someone was supposed to come out because no one confirmed they had came out to inspect. The second call I did not receive the welcoming tone of the first call.
