I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the service—or complete lack thereof—provided by Brad Wilson. We had an agreement to complete a transaction for the removal of a used forklift, and he went as far as taking all of my credit card information to finalize the deal. Once he had my financial details, communication completely stopped. The forklift was never picked up as agreed. I have left several phone calls daily and sent numerous emails trying to get an update or a resolution, but I am being completely ignored. H... read more

Jerry provided operator training for our team and did a fantastic job. He has a wealth of experience and a gifted speaker. He kept the guys engaged with relevant, real-life stories while still covering all the key textbook/video requirements. During the practical session, he was also giving helpful guidance for maintaining our equipment for years to come. We also rented equipment for the day. Tyler coordinated everything and made it very easy for us. Well done, indeed. These guys are highly recommended in my book
