Workmanship is not worth paying for. Not a single wall is square. They lied to my face and when I said something about they shined me on about it. If they had not made good with other add-ons I would have sued them.
RecommendedI had issues before upgrading my old 1964 mobile home. It had termites; It was not well-insulated so it was very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. My parents have been looking for a home for a while; it was just our luck that we were able to get Alexander Ho as our realtor. He represented us as a Buyer’s Agent. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was as helpful as you can get. My parents don’t speak English very well, and there were many things in the home buying process that confused them. I would highly recommend Alliance to anyone in regards to buying, selling or trading in a manufactured home. We contacted Tran Tran to help us customize our brand new home. All in all so far throughout our experience, has been amazing with Alliance: excellent attention and communications throughout the whole process.
They are an awful company who lied to our faces just to get the contract after my mom's passing. Do NOT trust them!!!! They do not care about their client's wishes, nor did they care about the people it would have helped!
I bought an Alliance home in 2015, absolutely love it! Ara helped me find a prime space in a park I wanted to be that has a huge fenced in yard for my pups. I was able to change the layout of my home since I purchased it before it was built. Added doors, windows, outlets, water spouts and picked my own cabinets and floors. Such a nice and spacious home. Excellent attention and communications through the whole process and I bought a Karston which is great quality. ~C. Kane~
Poor customer service, they do not care about customer. The homes are much smaller then the pictures - make sure you see what you are buying. Buyer beware always read the fine print on the contract.
