Very old fashioned and biased...
The worst company they never answer the phone
Had I known this was going to be my experience in purchasing a new Speed Queen washer, I would have steered clear of this company. I purchased a brand new TC5 commercial washer last November. In the first 3 months of normal, residential use the motor fails. The belt is making all kinds of noises and needs to be replaced too. It is an hour wait on hold to get through to Speed Queen customer service. It took almost a week for the repair company to come out. Speed Queen/Alliance is a terrible company doing terrible business. They claim to build washing machines that will last 10,400 cycles (approximately 25 years). What a joke as our 6 year old TR7 washer rusted out and required replacement of the lid and top plate which cost about $500. Called Speed Queen and they said, "Sorry rust is only covered for 5 years."
