Worst customer service I have encountered in a long time! Trying to order parts from their website is ridiculous. Hard to navigate, incredibly vague descriptions, shipping costs are ********! Two small keys, $18 to ship. The envelope weighed a pound. (?) When Alliance sent me the wrong part, they wouldn't offer to send me the correct one, e en though they were at fault. Company is too big, little people dont matter.

I purchased a Speed Queen washer in Sept 2021. I sit here without the use of my $1200+ washer for the FOURTH time. The cheap plastic lid lock has broken for the third time and the drum ring was replaced less than two weeks ago. On average, my expensive washer has been inoperable every 3-3.5 months as I wait for parts and a repair technician. Alliance Laundry Systems rep refused to speak with me about replacing this lemon. I am disgusted with their customer service department and trying to blame me as a consumer. My speed queen is not working after a year and a half. I had licensed speed queen repair men come out and was told it was the voltage in my electricity. Funny how I’ve used the same voltage for 15 years. Will be taking my complaints far to get my disgust heard.
