Ethan was the person I dealt with. He is very professional and figured out what was going on. Somehow things got messed up not sure if it was on my end or his. Either way, he dropped what he was doing and got to the bottom of it. He did a really good job of making an aggravating situation manageable. I had to back into dock 4. If they would move all this crap from in front of the dock it would be much easier to back into.
