we moved from mississippi to buffalo ny and we went to this place to change our insurance and we met with a young lady that she disrespect us and treat us with racism she tried to make it hard and ask tomany questions like how long have you been in ms and how is your driving history my dad told her he never get a ticket for 25 years and she went inside and cameback and sayed that she can't pull his information before asking him about his id they need to bring someone respectful to talk nice with the people
I been with this company more than 20yrs i called and ask why my premium keeps going up I was told everything is going up by mike and not in a great tone im not sure if he was having a bad day or not but you dont suppose to bring your problems to work especially dealing with a consumer and a valued consumer at that i wasn't offered no help to bring it down or try to switch me with a different company i never missed a payment or got into any accident and this is how a valued consumer gets treated unbelievable but i called Gei... read more
