They are the best the staff is supper nice and friendly the office is nice and clean.dr.bedichek is nice and friendly just the best I felt the kindness and care when I was there. They did a deep cleaning and removed four teeth and it wasn't a bad experience. This is the place to go. My parcels are supper cute . Love my smile. Thank you to a great team.
Front office will make it VERY apparent that you are NOT first priority. Saying yes to treatment and getting the office production is ofcourse a great thing and they treat you like gold but after that the nature of things in my experience is just neglectful! As a patient my experience with the front offices lack of communication with me after several attempts at calling office for my own information I am left looking elsewhere to take my business somewhere that will take care of me.
Amazing experience! I had a gum graft completed by Dr. Bedichek for gum recession. I originally went to another Periodontist in the DFW area and was quoted almost $5,000 for one gum graft. I decided it would be best to get a second opinion - which is when I went to Dr Bedichek’s office. The staff was so welcoming and I loved the Christian music being played. Everyone was so kind. I came to Dr. Bedichek today for a consult due to an absorption problem. I walked into the appointment stubborn and convinced I wasn’t going to let anyone touch my mouth until I had symptoms. Dr. Bedichek and Millie spent over an hour with me discussing all of their findings, educating me and helping me with a decision. I couldn’t recommend this office more. Dr. Bidecheck is a God-send. I went to him after a horrific implant experience and he thoroughly explained my treatment plan, expectations and goal. I had a lot of anxiety the day of the procedure and one of the assistants... held my hand. The actual process was LITERALLY painless. This is opposite of the experience I had a year ago with another dentist. I left Dr. Bidecheck's office after a short visit and was able to function like I had the day before.
