I have been a foster parent with Alliance Human Services since 2008. They have helped me adopt children from three different counties. Michelle and her staff are amazing and genuinely care about their children and families. They make navigating the Foster/Adoptive process smooth. They celebrate every “happily ever after” story and provide emotional and systemic support support during difficult times. They encourage and stand by the side of their families. I’m grateful for their assistance in creating my wonderful family.

We love Alliance!! Everyone there are angels and the most wonderful people. They really are like family to us. We have been part of the Alliance foster families for three years. We were able to adopt our son and we feel blessed to have had Alliance every step of the way. ❤️❤️❤️

I highly recommend Alliance! Being a Foster family I can honestly say there are many benefits in working directly with an agency vs county. I searched for a Therapeutic foster care provider and found Alliance. One of our requirements and hopes were to have a more personal and individualized plan for clients we serve and of our family. The best Foster adoption agency on the west cost! The Staff like family, everyone makes you feel comfortable.Not once have I experienced a bad day with Alliance! I’ve been fostering with Alliance for the last year. They are incredibly thorough and supportive of both kids and families. They make sure we have everything we need to ensure my foster son has all the experiences he wants and needs. Our social worker, Angie, is like a part of our family. She is patient, flexible, and compassionate, helping remove any barriers we might run into and being an important support system for my foster son.
