I have been driven to utter despair for almost nine months. The staff are generally good. However, false and anonymous allegations of "indecent exposure" is a bridge too far. It is a tediously long story, but I will just mention that a member of staff reported me for chasing my dear Chico ( an ADHD chihuahua), wearing underpants and a kimono ( a relic from the many years I lived in Japan)....I mean that I was wearing underpants and a kimono, not Chico. Been an alliance tenant for 15+yrs . I wouldn't recommend them. Repair requests repeatedly cancelled, without acknowledgement.
Been an alliance tenant for 15+yrs .Repair requests are repeatedly cancelled, regardless of importance. When you do have a request, the dates/times given are a joke.

Absolutely useless i have an issue with my next-door neighbour who is a Alliance homes tenant he continues to feed the birds which has encouraged rats & pigeons, the rats have created loads of damage in my garden the pigeons are leaving there mark everywhere it comes to something when you cant put washing out on the line. I have had to get Environmental health involved as Alliance homes wont do anything they don't return phone calls so I will involve the ombudsman and make a formal complaint regarding the sub-standard perfor... read more
