I don't write reviews often but I wanted to say that my experience with Alliance was fantastic. Dave was easy and knowledgeable and the whole team was great. I initially ordered 3 windows and some sliding doors. The installers were superb. They clearly have been doing this for many years and the craftsmanship was impressive and efficient. I was so pleased I ordered more windows for the rest of the house and had the same experience. The quality of the work was top notch as was my whole experience. I heartily recommend them.
From start to finish, Alliance was fantastic!! Keith came out as soon as he promised and gave the estimate quickly. He told me when the work was going to begin and it did as soon as as he said it would. We were extremely impressed by the quality of the product, the price we paid, and the work ethic of everyone we encountered on the Alliance Home Improvement team. They did an outstanding job of both siding our entire house and replacing the gutters. It has been three years and siding looks as good as when they first installed it. Recently, when a piece of siding was damaged, we contacted Sergie. He immediately ordered a new piece of siding and sent a crew out to replace the damaged piece at no cost. Alliance home improvement’s team replaced windows in our very old New England farmhouse and they did an outstanding job. They were fast, efficient and left our house and driveway impeccably clean. They were also very patient with our dog and my lack of preparedness upon their arrival as I had written the date down wrong. The windows look amazing and work perfectly. Great customer service on the phone and in person as well. 10/10 would recommend /work with them again.
Alliance was very professional, reasonably priced and did awesome work for us. We will definitely be hiring them to do more work on our house.
