They are very nice there and they saved my life
The admission staff was nice, and the wait wasn’t bad. The one star is bc the lab technician came out in the waiting room and drew a patients labs. She then proceeded to my husband and drew his labs without changing her gloves!! This is terrible practice and puts patients in danger of contracting diseases. She also did not label the tubes immediately so there is no guarantee she won’t mix up the tubes. I work in healthcare and I am in absolute shock that this is their practice.
Dr Williams cares about his patients and their family. The hospital needs an upgrade but that can't be done without insurance paying their bills.
