The heartlessness displayed by the office manager, Claudia, after my father's death is what causes me to leave this review. She was horrendous to me in my time of need, much to the horror of onlooking coworkers of hers, and patients in the waiting room. This was all over FMLA paperwork, mind you — a simple correction needed to be made and she refused, which is against federal law.
