We had a great and super efficient experience at Alliance. Nikita and her staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made the testing experience as easy as possible for our two year old. We will definitely be going back whenever we need tests going forward!!
Just did the RT-PCR test on 10/28 morning for our trip on 10/29 evening. Wonderful staff and place. Planning go to the Carecube before but too many negative reviews. Highly recommend this company to so the COVID-19 test for your next trip but remember make an appointment first.
The staff was very nice and kind but I have to put 1 star based on our overall experience... I took my mother to get tested PCR for traveling back to Japan. Our appointment time was 4PM and we arrived there a bit earlier so she got tested around 4PM sharp. We calculated the appointment time because it's required to get tested less than 72 hours prior to the flight time to travel to Japan. The staff was very nice and it took her a min to get it done. Have used Alliance Health a few times and have only positive things to say. When I had a delay with my results and a confusing conversation with the Customer Service team, I was immediately put in touch with the Manager who personally sorted my questions out and was incredibly prompt and efficient.
I’ve taken tests here twice, due to the fact that other testing sites did not post results in the portal in time for international flights I needed a PCR for. The process is very quick, they kept my info in their system so my 2nd time was even faster. In my opinion, it’s worth the money/ peace of mind to book an appointment at Alliance Health, to ensure you get the results on time.
