My appointment was at 815pm for COVID testing, I showed up at 745pm was out right at 8pm Jason was very friendly and professional!!!

Alliance is running a scam. I took my son to get a PCR test at the beginning of September 2022 and gave my credit card info to secure the appointment over the phone. Upon arrival I was told that they were having “difficulty with their system” and would be refunded $249 on my card. They sent a text to my phone saying I would be “refunded”. Then asked for cash before the PCR results would be issued. I was told to file a claim with my credit card company as it typically takes 10 days before the refund will show on my card. Filed a claim with my insurance after they made me pay full price for the test. Insurance paid them, after I paid full price. Such a scammy thing to do!
