Called and left a message. I received a call back, but the questions I asked, brought on information she couldn't provide. She asked if she could forward the questions to the billing department, and have them return my call. Absolutely! I never received another call to answer any of my questions. Its been over a week now.
This is the best health center around. The staff is wonderful. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
I transferred from Parkview to Alliance solely because of Dr. Eric Shoemaker. Toward the end of 2024, Dr. Shoe took a new position (he moved back to his old office at Parkview Rudisill, if you needed to find him!) My issue with Alliance is that they never notified his patients that he was no longer with them. The call I received on 3/19/25 reflected that my now-cancelled upcoming appointment was still with Dr. Shoe, even though that’s impossible.
