It's completely unacceptable. Dr. Dimson performed the examination on my mother when she passed. When we received the death certificate, there was a question of whether tobacco was the cause of death. The options were "Yes, NO, Maybe and Probably." Dr. Dimson checked, probably. I called to inquire about having it changed, considering my mother did not smoke or use tobacco. Days before my mother's service, the funeral home notified us, letting us know that they have not seen a revised death certificate and Dr. Dimson's office... read more
